Email dev@afrogems.app with the event name and the email or phone number your ticket was sent to. For refunds, entry rules or changes to the event itself, contact the organiser named on your ticket.

Report a ticket

If a ticket or event looks fake or misleading, email dev@afrogems.app with the subject "Report a ticket" and the link to it. We review every report.
